Physical Examinations
Sports & School Physicals
To participate in school sports and other activities, a sports physical is required by all area school districts. Dr. Ward conducts physical examinations to ensure students are healthy for extracurricular activities.
Annual Physicals
Annual physicals (wellness exams) are essential to check an individual’s overall health, well-being and vitality. As a family doctor, Dr. Ward conducts annual exams to establish a baseline of health and then monitor any health concerns throughout their life.
CDL Physicals
Those preparing to receive a commercial driver’s license (CDL) are required to receive a physical examination. Dr. Ward provides CDL exams to help professional drivers stay behind the wheel.
Immigration Physicals
This physical examination is specifically designed for individuals who would like to immigrate to the United States. The medical examination has specific requirements and is performed only by designated physicians. Dr. Ward is approved by the Health and Human Services department of the United States to perform this exam.
LDS Missionary Physicals
Prospective missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints need to have a physical examination as part of their Missionary Application Packet. Dr. Ward provides LDS missionary physicals that are specific to the Missionary Department guidelines.
